The Library: Initial Findings - Community
This LGBT Community Report is intended as a more accessible overview of the research findings to date.
The research showed that perceptions of Brighton & Hove amongst LGBT people were broadly positive and acknowledged the strengths and improvements in the City, as well as opportunities for development. However, experiences of the city as a tolerant, safe and supportive environment varied between identity groups. It is clear that there are significant disparities amongst those who identify as LGBT, as well as persisting common issues and needs for the entire grouping.
